  Skim Coat Work  
     
  In first phase the walls are examined to determine for any loose plaster.

 
 

Loose plaster is chopped out in multiple areas....


 


Additional support is provided by installing metal lath to the exposed areas....
Notice the five star in action.

 

This is were the fiberglass mesh is emdeded to keep the
cracks from coming back.

 

The third and final phase is the skim coating process.
